How do I add Sponsors?

In order to start adding sponsors, please access:

1. Content > Sponsor Center > Sponsor Manager > Select the blue Get Started button.

2. After this, complete the Sponsor Center set-up and schedule a time for the Sponsor Profile Reminder email to go out > click Save.

  • Note: You won’t be able to add sponsors until the email is scheduled. You can schedule it for a date far in the future and change it later.

Sponsors are able to be added into the Sponsor Center one-by-one or in bulk.

To add sponsors in one-by-one, please access:

1. Content > Sponsor Center > Sponsor Manager > Add Sponsor


2. Add the sponsor’s information


3. Once you are done, click the Save button



Another way to add sponsors is to add sponsors into the Sponsor Center in-bulk by importing the Sponsor Import Excel spreadsheet:

1. Content > Sponsor Center > Sponsor Manager > Import Excel


2. Download the Sponsors Template > Open the Excel file and input sponsors information > Save those changes > Upload the updated Excel file.
