How do I add my agenda to the app?

To add your agenda to the app you will need to upload from your organizer dashboard. We provide a template for you on the dashboard or you can manually upload by selecting 'Add Session' in the Session Manager. 

To upload by excel, you can find our template under Event Content > Agenda > Session Manager > Import / Export > Import From Excel. There you can to download the 'Whova Agenda Excel Template'. You will notice the excel has 25 rows of instructions. Please leave these intact and add the agenda content starting on row 26. Save and import into the dashboard. 






Please note the agenda will overwrite any previous information so you will want all up to date information on the excel that you upload. If you've made any manual edits to the agenda, we suggest using the 'Export to Excel' option where you can have your most updated version of your Agenda to edit and re-upload.
