How soon should I make my app live?

We recommend publishing your event at least 3-4 weeks in advance. The earlier the better!

This gives plenty of time for your attendees to download and utilize the app even before the event and it also gives time for you to send a couple of reminder emails to your attendees. Our organizers who send multiple emails typically see higher download rates!
