In the payout information, what does "person in charge" mean?

When setting up paid tickets for registration we ask for bank information so that we can distribute your ticket sale funds to you after your event. When you choose a Company account for your banking you will notice it asks for "person in charge'. This person can be any person in your company or on your team. We use Stripe for our payment processor. Stripe requires that we confirm the identification of the person who will receive the funds.
