Why is the QR code missing from some of my badges?

This means that the attendee does not have an email address attached to their profile as the QR code is only generated for attendees that have an email address.

In the Name Badge editor tool, if you are using the "Attendee List on Whova Organizer Dashboard" option under Name Badge Data Source, please access: Attendees > Manage Attendees > search for the attendee > click Edit to check the attendee's profile and add an email address.

If you are using the "Import spreadsheet (your own list and optional custom fields" option under Name Badge Data Source, please re-upload a new spreadsheet that includes the attendee's email address.
