Whova makes it easy to collect information from your Exhibitors! As long as you have a main contact for each of your exhibitors, the contact can fill in their own information for the Exhibitor profile. Learn why you need to add a contact here.
Otherwise, if you fill in the information yourself you will need: Company name, first and last name and email of a main contact. The rest is optional, and allows you to input: company description, contact information, category, booth location, and you can also upload a company logo. To do this way, you can either upload through the Excel template we provide or add the exhibitors manually by clicking "Add Exhibitor".
