I’ve enabled and have set up Ticket Session Mapping, why are my attendees still seeing every session?

This may be due to your Ticket Session Mapping's Advanced Settings. In order to change this, please access:

1. Attendees > Ticket Session Mapping > click Advanced Settings

2. Under Session Visibility in Whova App, select Attendees can only view sessions based on the ticket type (Recommended for virtual/hybrid event) > Click the Apply button.
