There are three options for checking your attendees in: by event, by day, and by session. You can check your attendees in through both the Mobile App and also the EMS Dashboard (please note that only admins have access to the EMS Dashboard).
To check attendees in via the EMS Dashboard, please access:
Attendees > Attendee Check-in > Select Event, Day, or Session Check-In by clicking the Start button > search for the attendee and click Check In.
To check attendees in via the Whova Mobile App, please access:
Mobile App > Home > Admin Tools > Attendee Check-In > Select Event, Day, or Session Check-In > search for the attendee and click Check In or click Check In via QR Code > scan your attendee's QR Code > confirm check-in.
