The ticket visibility feature determines when tickets will be visible on the registration page. You can have all tickets visible at all times or hide certain tickets as you wish. The hidden option can be used to either stop showing expired tickets on the registration page or schedule tickets to go visible at a specified time.
In order to find these options, please access:
1. Tickets > Ticket Setup > Locate the tickets > Actions (Three dots) > Edit
2. Scroll down to Advanced Options > Ticket Visibility
