Where do I add question forms to tickets?

In order to add question forms to tickets, please access:

1. Tickets > Ticket Setup > Add questions forms

2. Add Question Form 

3. Select from the preset questions and/or click Add Question to add questions > Click Save.

You can also access:

1. Tickets > Ticket Setup > Question Forms > Add Question Form

2. Select from the preset questions and/or click Add Question to add questions > Click Save.
