Can I delete a default Registration Question Form?

The default Registration Question form is hard coded in our system and cannot be removed. 

However, you can ensure that it is not applied or used for your registrants by assigning all your ticket types to a custom question form that you have created. This way, the default form will not be visible to attendees.
