How do I get notified when attendees purchase tickets or add-ons?

You can enable our system to send you a notification email when an attendee completes a registration. In order to enable these notifications, please access:

1. Tickets > Ticket Setup > Registration Settings


2. UnderEmails & notifications, check the Receive email notifications when users purchase tickets or add-ons setting > click Save.
