In order to create restricted tickets, you'll first need to create your ticket(s). Once created, you can set the restrictions by accessing:
1. Tickets > Ticket Setup > Invite-only Ticketing > Locate the ticket type > Click Add Restrictions
2. Add verbiage to the Restriction description section > Choose whether you want to restrict to specific email or email domains.
3. Add email addresses list or email domain list > Click Create restriction.
