Can I use my existing Stripe account to connect with my event?

Although you can use your existing login credentials to expedite the creation of a Stripe account, you cannot use an existing Stripe account (You may have multiple accounts associated with the same email address).

When you set up your payout in our system, you are automatically creating a new Stripe account. Consequently, there is no way to connect the account you already created to your event dashboard.

  • Note: Can't find your funds? Try clicking your name in the top left-hand corner of the Stripe dashboard to toggle between your Stripe accounts to see the one created for your event on Whova.
