I am signed in with the correct Stripe login but I am not able to locate my registration funds. What should I do?

While in your Stripe dashboard, please click on your name located in the top left hand corner to see a drop down menu that will contain all the accounts associated with that login.

Please ensure that you are accessing the correct Stripe account number created for your Whova event. To see the exact Stripe Account number, please access the following path on your Whova Dashboard:

Tickets > Payout > Stripe Standard Account: acct.....


If you are not able to locate this account on Stripe, please contact Stripe Support for further assistance.
