How do I log into my Whova account using my desktop or laptop?

In order to access your event using a desktop or laptop you will need the Web Portal link and access the link via a browser. We recommend using Chrome to access the Web Portal. 

To find this link you can: 

1. Access the App Download email sent to you by the event organizer. This email contains the Web Portal link as well.
2. Contact the organizer directly and ask for this link. 
3. Contact our customer support team at [e-mail] asking for the Web Portal Link.

Note: Please remember to contact our support team using the same email address you used to register to your Whova event and/or include the event’s name.
