Is it possible to merge an old and new account to have only one profile?

Currently, we are not able to merge accounts as each account is created by each email address.

If you'd like to have one of your profiles or accounts removed, please contact:

• The event organizers directly and ask to remove one of your profiles; or
• Our support team at [e-mail] and ask to have one of your account deleted.
