How do I reset my password?

Web Portal

In order to reset the password using the Web Portal, please access:

1. Click Forgot your password?

2. Enter email > Click Continue button

Note: If you do not receive the password reset email shortly, please check your spam or junk folder.


Mobile App

In order to reset your password using the Mobile App, please access:

1. Click Sign up/Sign in

2. Enter your email

3. Click Forgot password?

4. Input the verification code sent to your email > Click the Continue button

5. Create a new password


If you have tried these options and are still not able to reset your password, please contact our support team at support@whova.com. Our team will provide you with a Reset Password Link with which you’ll be able to create a new password and access your Whova account.
