I received an email notification about having a message in the Whova app. I downloaded the Whova app and signed up, why can't I see the message?

This typically occurs if you are logged in with a different account than the one the message was sent to. 

In order to see the message, please make sure you have signed into the Whova app with the same email address the notification was sent to. The email notification will display which email/account the message was sent to.
