Why can’t I send more private messages?

Whova’s system has a limit on how many private messages you can send per day as a security measure to prevent event spamming. The limit is 100 messages per a rolling 24 hour period.

After reaching this limit, you will not be able to initiate new messages until the system automatically releases the ability for you to initiate additional messages on a 24 hour rolling basis.
