If you are not able to turn on your camera or microphone when joining a virtual meet-up on the Web Portal, we would recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Try accessing the meet-up using Google Chrome.
- Try accessing the meet-up using Google Chrome in Incognito Mode.
- Ensure that your browser is allowing camera and microphone access to Whova.com.
- Ensure that your computer or laptop is allowing camera and microphone access to your browser.
Mobile App
If you are not able to turn on your camera or microphone when joining a virtual meet-up on the Mobile App, we would recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure that your device is allowing camera and microphone access to the Whova App (iOS Guide, Android Guide).
- Ensure that the Whova App on your device is up-to-date.
