How do I add speakers to my agenda?

On the Whova agenda excel template, you can list your speakers for each session and separate them using a semi-colon (;). You can then go to the second sheet of the template (the "Speakers" sheet) and list your speakers including any information you would like added to their attendee profiles (this includes professional affiliation, company, bio, etc.) After this is done, you can upload your agenda excel file to the dashboard to import the agenda and the speaker information at once. 


If you would like to manually add a speaker to an agenda session, you can go to the Session Manager, click on the pencil icon next to the appropriate session and add in the Speaker information.
