Will Whova send invitation emails to my attendees prior to my event and can we control them?

Whova is granted permission to send attendees emails to help with the download rate based on the agreement. These emails start one week prior to your event start date and only included information regarding the app and with tips of what they can use it for. We simply want to make sure that your attendees will be able to download and utilize the app and hopefully enjoy it to an extent that it makes your event even more successful!

Should you want us to not send these emails, please contact your Customer Support Specialist or support@whova.com. We highly recommend you then send out multiple reminders to your attendees to download the app.
