Will duplicate attendee profiles be merged?

When you upload an attendee list, our system will recognize any duplicate attendee profiles based on the full name and will not create duplicate profiles. 

There are cases of duplicate attendee profiles appearing in the case your attendees join your event with a different email than what is listed in your attendee list (meaning they also accessed your event through the Invitation Code or the App Access Requests).

You can easily delete the duplicate after confirming which account is the one with the app downloaded. If both accounts have Whova downloaded, you will want to reach out to the attendee to see which account they want to keep using, and delete the other.
