Exhibitors have multiple efficient methods for gathering leads from attendees:

  1. Mobile QR scanning: Exhibitors can easily collect leads by scanning name badges or business cards using their smartphones. No need for expensive or bulky hardware! After scanning the lead, exhibitors can have access to comprehensive lead information, gain fast insights, take notes and even export leads to their CRM systems. 
  2. Send outreach campaigns: This add-on allows chosen exhibitors (selected by organizers) to send one or two personalized mass messages to attendees via Whova app. Once attendees receive the campaign message and submit their interest, they will automatically be recorded as leads and exhibitors will be able to export those leads for future reference. From this special message, attendees can also directly visit the booth or create a group chat with the booth members. Additionally, when attendees visit the booth they can sign up for different promotional offers added by your exhibitor. With this interaction attendees will be recorded as leads as well.
