How do announcements notify my attendees?

Announcements are sent to your attendees as both an in-app message and an email. This message will be sent to all of your attendees on your attendee list, regardless of whether or not they have signed into the app.

In the "Compose Announcement" window in the "Announcements" section of the dashboard, you can set the Advanced Features of your announcement to only send to your attendees who are signed into the app; you can also set to not send an email copy of your message to your signed-in attendees.
