Where do I find my verification code to access the event app?

After using your credentials (email & password) to access your Whova account, you will receive an email containing your 6-digit verification code within less than 5-10 minutes. Please check your spam and junk folder if you do not receive the email within this timeframe.

If this is not the case, you can try to resend the verification code after one minute from the time the initial code was attempted. Please be aware that your 6-digit verification code will expire after 10 minutes.

In case you are still not receiving this email in your inbox, junk, or spam folders, please contact your service provider or IT department to unblock or whitelist emails from our system with the following information:
