Should speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors register with attendee registration?

We advise against using attendee registration for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors. Instead, we recommend tailored registration processes to better meet their specific needs and save your team a lot of time and manual work.

  • For speakers, we recommend using Call for Speakers/Abstracts, designed for speaker solicitation and submission. With this feature you can select your speakers after reviewing their submissions, then you can use the invite-only ticketing to get your selected speakers to register for the event.
  • For exhibitors, we recommend using Exhibitor Registration. As exhibitors register, their information will directly sync to the Exhibitor Center, which will save you a lot of manual work. It also allows them to indicate how many additional booth staff they would like to purchase. Exhibitors can also select booth directly during the registration.
  • For sponsors, we recommend using Sponsor Registration, which is tailored for sponsor management. As sponsors register, their information will directly sync to the Sponsor Center, which will save you a lot of manual work. You can also allow sponsors to register only for specific tiers (ex. gold, platinum) or a-la-carte only.
