How do I edit a question form for a sponsor ticket?

In order to edit a question form, please access:

1. Tickets > Sponsor Ticket Setup > Questions Forms > Locate the question form you’d like to edit > Vertical ellipses > Edit

2. Make the changes

3. Click the Save button
