Is it possible to require people to answer a discussion topic before joining?

In order to do this using the Web Portal, please access:

1. Community > Add new topic

2. Prompt a response before viewing discussion? > Select: "Yes, response required" > Click the Post button

1. Community > Add Topic or Social Group
