Why can't I add additional booth staff?

In order to be able to invite people to become booth staff members, these invitees must already be a registered attendee or included on the event's attendee list. If this not the case, please reach out to the event organizers to confirm their registration or attendee status.  

Additionally, only the booth main contact/lead booth staff can invite other people to become booth staff members.
