The type of information collected from leads is:
- Staff member who collected the lead
- Method of collection (QR code, etc.)
- Lead contact information (email, affiliation, title, etc.)
- Lead’s tag (if assigned one)
- Any notes about the lead
To find this information, please access:
1. Sign into your account using the Exhibitor Portal > Use your credentials to log in
2. Verification code
3. Export your booth’s leads after the event > View and export leads
4. Locate the lead > Click the Details button
5. View details
To note, from this same page, main contact/lead booth staff will be able to download a spreadsheet of all leads by clicking “Download as Excel”
Similarly, regular booth staff can download a spreadsheet of all the leads they have personally collected by clicking “Download as Excel”
