The Exhibitors that you upload through the Exhibitor Center will have access to the Lead Retrieval tool. If you have multiple representatives per exhibitor you can add the others as Booth Staff in the Exhibitor Center. The Primary Contact can also add in Booth Staff from the app.
For Sponsors, you can simply add them to your Attendee list and categorize them as 'Sponsor' to give them access to the tool.
