How does the Passport Contest feature work during an event?

The Passport Contest Feature works differently for in-person and virtual or hybrid events.

1. In an in-person event Exhibitors would use their mobile app to scan QR codes. Attendees will able to to either present the QR code from the mobile app or of they have a name badge with their QR code they can present their name badge.

To set this up, please access: Content > Exhibitor Center > Passport Contest > select Attendees will earn stamps each time an Exhibitor uses Lead Retrieval to scan their QR code.

2. In a virtual event or hybrid event, attendees will have the opportunity to earn stamps every time perform the following three actions for each booth:

 1. Sign up for Deals & Offerings

 2. Post a comment in the booth's chat.

 3. Like an exhibitor's booth (click on the heart icon).

To enable this option, please access: Content > Exhibitor Center > Passport Contest > select Attendees will earn stamps each time they sign up for deals & offerings, post a comment, and like a booth.
