How do I set up the Ticket Session Mapping feature?

In order to set up the Ticket Session Mapping, please access:

1. Attendees > Ticket Session Mapping > Enable

2. After you have set-up your tickets via your Whova Registration tool or have imported attendees including the Ticket Type information, you will be able to map tickets to attend All Sessions or Specific Sessions

3. When selecting Specific sessions, you can map attendees to attend:

  1. All sessions on a particular day, a particular track, or a particular session > then click Save.5 (12).png

4. Lastly, double check Advanced Settings

5. From here, you can change the Session Visibility and Select what you want the Ticket Session Mapping to update > then Save
