How do I deactivate the Polls tab under the Customize Resources section?

To deactivate the Polls tab, please ensure that no polls are created for your event. The Polls tab will not be visible to attendees if there are no polls created by organizers or speakers.

If polls have already been created, you will need to delete them. Please note that deleting polls will also remove all associated polling data.

To delete polls, please access:

Engagement > Live Polling > More (to the right of the desired poll) > Delete

Please note that the Polls tab will always remain visible to organizers, even if no polls have been created. However, we can confirm that attendees will not see this resource in their event experience if there are no polls.
