As an attendee, you can easily display your QR code for others to scan by going to your profile icon in the top left-hand corner of the mobile app and selecting 'My Contact Info & QR Code' → 'My QR code'

To scan another attendee’s QR code, you can simply tap “Scan an Attendee” at the bottom of the page to open the QR scanner.

After opening the QR scanner, the camera will activate, enabling you to scan another attendee's QR code.

After scanning another attendee’s QR code, a contact request will appear. You can optionally include a brief introduction to identify yourself or provide context for the recipient to recall their conversation later.

After the request has been sent, you then have the option to scan another attendee’s QR code, or view their contacts.

If you choose to view your contacts, you will be able to see your full list of contacts and review all pending contact requests.

To review all pending contact requests, you can click into “{#} contact requests” at the top of the page.

From this page, you can see all pending contact requests you've sent and any requests you’ve received from others.

For each received request you have received, you have two options:

  1. Accept: The request will be accepted, exchanging contact information and saving each other’s details in their contacts.
  2. Ignore: The request will be discarded without exchanging contact information, and the contact will not be saved. No notification is sent to the requester if their request is ignored.

When a request is accepted, both attendees can view the other person’s profile by going to their contacts and clicking “New contacts added.”

From here, you can send each other a message to keep the conversation going.
