How can attendees access their receipt?

After the Organizer enables and sets up Whova Receipts, buyers of paid tickets can access their receipt in two ways:

• Via their order confirmation email
• Through the registrant portal

Attendees can access their receipt by clicking “View your receipt” in their order confirmation email, which will redirect them to a webpage displaying the receipt.

On this page, the buyer can view their receipt and download it by clicking 'Download' in the top right corner.

Alternatively, buyers can view their receipts directly in the registrant portal. After signing in, they can access their order history and click “View receipt” next to any order to view their receipt.

From here, they can view their receipt from within the portal and click “Download receipt” to download a copy of their receipt.
