If, instead of marking an order as received, the Organizer wants to void an incomplete registration, they can do so by clicking the three dots to the right of the registration and then by clicking "Void this order".
They will be asked to confirm by clicking "Void" that they want to void the order and cancel the purchaser's reservation for those tickets.
