How can I send a targeted Speaker message?

You can send targeted speaker messages by role or based on profile completeness by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to Content > Speaker Center > Message Speakers > Start from template or Create from scratch

   

2. Under Recipients, you can select Speakers of specific role, which will show any roles you have assigned to your speakers. Or you can select Speakers with incomplete profiles and choose Missing profile photo or Missing bio, affiliation, or job title

   

3. Edit the email to your liking and Send or Save draft
