How do I setup the Announcement Wall?

With the Announcement Wall, you can share key event content on venue displays or embed it on your event webpage. You can select and customize a wide range of slides, featuring announcements, sessions, popular polls and meet-ups, and more. This makes it easy for you to highlight important updates, boost engagement, and increase sponsor exposure.

You can set up the Announcement Wall via the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Engagement > Announcement Wall > Announcement Wall Customization > Get Started

  2. Next, Set up content slides such as Editing or Hiding the slides, See examples or Add custom content. Once you have your desired content click Next

  3. Set up your Announcement Wall Settings and then click Save

  4. Finally, you can Copy URL, Email myself URL, or Customize design if you need to make any future edits
