There are a few main ways to add or set up your event’s sessions:
Agenda Template Upload
To create your sessions in bulk via the Agenda Template Upload, please access:

Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Upload full agenda from spreadsheet

Or if you have existing sessions Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Import > Import full agenda

Download the standard template or advanced template and fill out the excel file with your sessions and speakers
- Navigate back and Select file and Import
Manually add sessions one by one
You may also set up sessions individually by accessing:

Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Build the agenda from scratch

Then click Add session > From scratch

From here you can fill out the required session details and Save
Agenda Upload Service

Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > click Don’t have time to build agenda? Whova can help!
- Upload a file or give us the link to your agenda website > then Pay & Submit
Reuse from past event
You may reuse an agenda from a past event.

Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Reuse your past event's agenda

Select an event > Select which parts of the agenda you would like to use > Import agenda
