How can I add/set up sessions?

There are a few main ways to add or set up your event’s sessions:

Agenda Template Upload

To create your sessions in bulk via the Agenda Template Upload, please access:

  1. Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Upload full agenda from spreadsheet

  2. Or if you have existing sessions Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Import > Import full agenda

  3. Download the standard template or advanced template and fill out the excel file with your sessions and speakers

  4. Navigate back and Select file and Import

Manually add sessions one by one

You may also set up sessions individually by accessing:

  1. Content > Agenda Center > Session ManagerBuild the agenda from scratch

  2. Then click Add session > From scratch

  3. From here you can fill out the required session details and Save

Agenda Upload Service

  1. Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > click Don’t have time to build agenda? Whova can help!

  2. Upload a file or give us the link to your agenda website > then Pay & Submit

Reuse from past event

You may reuse an agenda from a past event.

  1. Content > Agenda Center > Session ManagerReuse your past event's agenda

  2. Select an event > Select which parts of the agenda you would like to use > Import agenda
