How can I add/set up sessions?

There are two main ways to add or set up your event’s sessions: in bulk via Agenda Template Upload or by adding your sessions in one-by-one.

To create your sessions in bulk via the Agenda Template Upload, please access:

Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Import/Export > Import from Excel.

You may also set up sessions individually by accessing:

Content > Agenda > Session Manager > Add Session.

If you do not have enough time to work on your agenda, you also have the following options:

1. Let us help you build one!

Please access: Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > click Don’t have time to build agenda? Whova can help!

2. You may reuse an agenda from a past event.

Please access: Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Import/Export > Import from Previous Event.
