How can I import sessions from HotCRP?

If using HotCRP you can import accepted submissions directly into Whova’s Session List. To do so, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Click Get started under Import from academic submission systems

  2. Or if you already have existing sessions Content > Agenda Center > Session Manager > Import > Import from other platforms

  3. Click Continue on Import from HotCRP

  4. Next Upload accepted submissions from HotCRP (We support two export formats (JSON and USENIX CSV) from HotCRP) and click Import

  5. Once imported you can click See imported session list to view them
