Why am I being asked for an Invitation Code?

The Whova mobile app and web portal will only ask for an invitation code if you are using a different email address than the email you used during the registration or what is listed in the event’s attendees list. Please make sure you are trying to access the event with the correct email address.

If you did not use a different email address during the registration, you may want to contact your event organizers directly to ensure that you are added to the event or that your email address is correct on their attendees list.

Due to privacy and security reasons, our Support team would not be able to disclose event invitation codes and would need to refer you to contact your event organizers directly.
