Business Hours and Response time

For support questions, please email support@whova.com. Whova provides email and phone support during normal business hours, M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays. Whova will respond to urgent issues and tickets within one hour. For other non-urgent tickets, the users and customers may expect the responses within 12 hours.  Outside of business hours, Whova may respond in the next business day.
