How does the booth selection process work for Exhibitors when they register?

When Exhibitors open the registration page, they can click “View booth map” to see a preview of the exhibit hall floormap, which can help them decide which tier they want to purchase.

Upon clicking into the map, Exhibitors will be able to view all of the booths, both available and unavailable. They can refer to the key at the bottom to know which booth pin color corresponds with which Exhibitor tier.

Additionally, they can click on any booth pin in order to view which Exhibitor tier the booth is available to, as well as whether or not the booth is available. If the booth is unavailable, then all Exhibitors will be able to see which Exhibitor has taken the booth, in order to plan accordingly.
