How can I create an on-demand video for a MicroEvent?

As an organizer, you can create an on-demand video for a MicroEvent by visiting Video On Demand in the left menu and clicking “Get started.” 

In order to do so, you will first need to complete the basic details for the on-demand video, such as deciding whether to charge a fee for access, specifying the duration of access for registrants after sign-up, and uploading the video itself.

Next, you must set a cutoff date after which users can no longer sign up to access the recording. To note, you can choose the information to collect on the sign-up form and personalize the confirmation email that attendees will receive upon signing up to view the recording.

Note: After the sign-up end date, only new sign-ups will no longer be allowed. Whova will still guarantee video access for the specified number of days for people who signed-up on or before the sign-up end date.
