How often does Whova import attendees from external registration systems?

Whova automatically imports attendees from external registration systems every 24 hours. This automated daily sync typically occurs in the evening (PST).

In addition to the automatic sync, we provide a manual sync option that you can use at any time in your Organizer Dashboard . When you initially connect and sync with an external platform like Eventbrite, all existing registrants will be imported. After that, the system will continue to automatically sync every 24 hours to bring in any new registrations. We recommend using the manual sync option for last-minute registrants.
