How can I add segments to name badges?

To add segments to name badges, please access Attendees > Name Badges > Add segment.

You can choose segments to add to the badge, one at a time, up to a maximum of three segments.

After selecting a segment, you will be prompted to enter abbreviations. These abbreviations will be what actually displays on attendees' name badges. 

If the segment includes subsegments, you must provide an abbreviation for each subsegment. Only the subsegment abbreviation will appear on the badge. For example, a vegetarian attendee might have “VEG” displayed on their badge, as shown above.

Alternatively, if the segment has no subsegments, you will only need to enter one abbreviation for the entire segment.

Once the abbreviations are entered, you can click “Save.” The segments will then appear on the badge within the editor, where they can be repositioned as needed.

When badges are generated, the abbreviation, based on each attendee’s status, will appear on their final badge.
